GTA 4 - Hellfury chopper

So I looked at this, and is it just me, or does this look very much like one of the bikes that was made on American Choppers?

The rear tin looks VERY MUCH like one they did in the show (I just can't remember what bike!) ... so your opinion?

uhh isn't the rear like that on every hardtail chopper?
