I am sure there are plenty of places that sells it, gucci can be found in some jewelry stores too but not LV ... :)

They range in prices depending on style and material obviosuly but the cheapest simplest one from armani was like $65USD which was basically a thread with a shell on it. The silver ones were ~150-250USD and these are all armani exchange so expect to pay more for LV i would say. Gucci you can probably find in the same range
