I just got back from Kenaston Walmart in Winnipeg where they had the following Blu-Rays out for display priced at $14.83.

Walmart in St-Leonard had Batman begins @ $14.93 2 weeks ago. The sale may still be going on.

The Ice Ages and Alvin and the Chipmunks were 3 for $49.99 at FS around Christmas (might still be). Horton is probably a good deal.

Picked up the last batman returns at the woodbridge Hwy 27 walmart today. Also picked up Lost boys "the original Twilight"!

Horton is a must-buy at that price for me. Great movie!
And Twilight isn't anywhere near Lost Boys. Don't you dare compare the two! That's like comparing a banana leaf to toilet paper!

I can confirm that they also have Batman Begins, V for Vendetta and Gattaca for $14.83 at the Cambridge location. A word of warning though, I was dissapointed by the lackluster audio quality of the V for Vendetta Blu-ray. When compared to the DVD version, the sound is much quieter and the dynamic range is compressed. I haven't encountered this problem on any other Blu-ray movies that I own.

Are the BDs actually tagged as $14.83? Cause I've seen some of these titles at my local wal-mart but not for these prices :confused: I'm wondering if I should have tried to scan them?

picked up 'Horton Hears a Who' yesterday and it was marked at 32.88 I think. grabbed it, took it to the price check and scanned at $14.xx

I don't think you can get the original unremastered version anywhere anymore, so it should be the remastered one.

Got Horton today for $14.83, lady at the checkout was quite surprised. :lol:
Kinda nice, comes with a digital copy (I guess thats common these days?)

Got mine at Lougheed Town Centre location. There were still 2 copies left on the aisle display.

Also picked up Horton and the two Ice Ages.
This was at the 401 and Morningside WM, there were about 5 more Hortons left at around 6:30.

Picked up Horton Hears a Who for $14.83 at WM Orleans.
It was tagged at $33 but scanned at $14.83.
Sweet deal, I almost paid full price for this last month.

Picked up 5th Element..marked $24 but scanned 14.88 and I can confirm it was indeed the RE-MASTERED edition. :cheesygri
