Tangled is a simple yet mind bending puzzle game. The goal of the game is to "untangle" the lines and make sure they don't overlap. Touch the dots and drag the lines to untangle them. You can now play the famous Planarity / Untangle game on your iPhone or iPod Touch.

you can put the code in iTunes (there's a redeem section on the right in the iTunes store)

edit: I found an article on ARS Technica that explains the process a bit better:

Redeeming Promo Codes

The redemption portion of the iTunes puzzle is the simplest piece. In iTunes, click the Redeem button. It's on the right side of the main iTunes store page, towards the top. This is the same button used to redeem gift cards and Starbucks promotions. Enter the code, click Redeem. Your app will automatically download to your account.

unfortunately Apple only allows promotional codes to work in the US iTunes store :( I was planning on giving some away to some of my coworkers but they don't have a US account

I read a guide on google on how to create a US account and it said I needed a giftcode to do so, so I just bought a $200 seeing that I'll use it if I have an iphone

They only have $50 codes for $25 now.
$200 ones somehow disapeared from the face of online sites and the prices have greatly increased. you might see some auctions saying why also.

But I gotta say that the design is kinda too "space"-y
But that's just my opinion, and IMO I think it'd look better if the background was just a solid color as well as the dots and strings.

I'll be honest and say that it took me about 30 seconds to get to level 6 and I have not gotten and further. I tried but I can never untangle it. Oh well, that probably costed 25 cents for me. (:
