Cheap Monday jeans - waterloo area

ANyone know where they sell these jeans in Waterloo area?? I tried Aritzia and they don't have them. I tried Caesars Closet in Cambridge and they don't have them. THere was a spotlight on tv recently about a store in uptown Waterloo that carried them - but I can't recall the name of the store. HELP
