TSCC: Monster Subwoofer Cable 16' $14.96

I picked up a Monster THX Subwoofer Cable 16 feet for $14.96 at the Source store in Dufferin Mall. I know that Monster cables are hugely overpriced but the price is pretty good for a subwoofer cable. The package was pretty battered up and it was a returned item. They had one more left. TSCC store had a lot of other Monster cables selling for 5-15 dollars. I think they are clearing out their returned Monster cables!

There is a cheaper way ... Since a lot of people have upgraded to HDMI cables nowadays, there are a lot of idle component video cable kicking around unused. Use 1 of the 3 cable and you are gold !

princess auto also has some MONSTER cables for good prices.

i was looking for a sump pump, but saw the COMPONENT cables and needed one. it was under $8 and i was standing right there, so i bought it. yippee, it even says MONSTER on it. i must say, the connection is much nicer and tighter than the one that came with my shaw box, it used to fall out ever time i moved hardware around, the MONSTER one is nicer in that aspect.

Blue Jeans Cables are tops. Nice because they are made in North America by the largest supplier of industrial cable. Not in some sweat shop in China like everyone else including monoprice.

I find it ironic that getting sued by Monster was probably the best thing that ever happened to that company, at least from a publicity standpoint.

Monster is quite the bully. I wouldn't use a cable from them if it was given to me.
