Great price for the Lensbaby 2.0...although no Canon or Nikon versions. Regular price is $149.
I think they are probably clearing these out. This is the cheapest I've seen these at. I just bought a used Canon one today for $60 and these are fun to play with.

it's a novelty lens meant to give a 'lomo' effect. it's essentially a cheap tilt-shift lens.

It is not a tilt-shift lens and should not be used as such. You would be sourly dissappointed if you do.

Thanks for posting this! I pulled the trigger on one for my A200, and I'm definitely looking forward to playing around with it. Got to be kind of expensive with shipping, but I think it's still a good deal.

noob thought:
looks like you could do most of that stuff in post

Probably, but there's much more appeal to me to get those kind of effects with the camera and the optics. I find actual photography much more interesting than fiddling around in an image editor - that's just not for me.
I'd love to get a LOMO LC-A one day, because I love the shots people take with those cameras, but in the meantime a Lensbaby is cheaper and more convenient!

They had it for the same price back in November last year when I posted this:

If you look through the thread there is a link on how to achieve the same effect in photoshop. I think for regular retail price on this item I would much rather spend that on a "real" lens but for $79 it's a neat toy to have.

ouch ! it was 70 + free shipping in november? i missed that... now i pay 20$ more... bah :)
I don't use photoshop, only Lighroom, and it will be funny to use the lens OUTSIDE, instead of doing this in photoshop inside the house :)

No, the price was $70 off the regular price of $149.99 with free shipping. Just happened at the time henry's was offering free shipping in Canada on orders over $50.

I bought this back in November and have had a blast with it. Really renewed my interest in photography and helped me work in manual.
