Transfer of Boat???? Need help!

I have a friend who is getting separated and whose wife is transferring two boats to him. Are boat transfers handled same way through MTO and is there tax when between spouses? :confused:

Call the license office. There is a form for everything.

Boat transfers are done at Customs office (taxes would be paid there too), but the trailers would be at MTO.
