Anyone else get this promo when loggin onto their easyweb?
$25 for opening the account, and then $5 (to a max of another $25) for every PTF you do between now and June 30th, weither they be weekly or bi-weekly (monthly dowsn't apply). And then the money is paid in July from what I was told by the CSR.
Now I know TD has pretty bad interest rates on their savings account, but still $50 is $50 :)
I opened one, I'll report back.

I can't get it to come up again, when I called they said it was something tagged onto my file. They had asked me about 2 months ago if I was interested in a savings account when I called for a question about switching Visa's. Maybe that had something to do with it. CSR had some info on it after some digging in her system.

Probably a targeted offer. Just like the bonus interest offer last year, I suppose only people who don't have a savings account may see this message.

Yes I too saw that. with the knowledge that TD's savings rate are crappy, I knew why they had not mentioned it along with this rate. The ad is to lock you into it. They will take away that 50$ or more as fees down the line.
