I'm a huge sneaker fan, but have found that sneakers aren't always appropriate for certain occasions and I absolutely hate dress shoes. So then, is it possible to get a nice mix between the 2? I generally wear jeans, short or long depending on the weather, and polos or sweaters. Is there anything that i can wear that will flow nicely with this ensemble? Last year i bought a pair of Adidas Boat and I'm looking for something along the same concept as these. Fit like a sneaker, but still has some very nice aesthetics...

Rockport? Visvim? I guess u can take a look at those. Rockports are kinda dressy but have cushioning in them which them more comfy than reg dress shoes. You can take a look at Visvim shoes... they're casual but don't look too sneaker-ish.

Maybe try Air Forces? Some of the more conservative colour schemes look really nice.

ShopAdidas.ca no longer carry them but I like the "Rod Laver Clean Vulcanized Low". I'm looking to purchase a second pair if anyone knows where I can find them.

Leather Jack Purcells? or you could go to places like Aldo since they have a mix between dress shoes and regular shoes.

It's all about personal preference.
Want something sporty-casual? Sleek?
Personally, I love my Cole Haan Infinity Drivers. I love slip ons and the sleek profile won my wallet:

inbetween dress shoes and sneakers? sorta vague. well, these are my ideas. these are slip ons; a little more dress-y than sneakers, but not quite dress shoes. i have the first one on the left from lacoste. it's pretty sleek for casual use, and leather so that it can bear wet weather.

You definitely do not want to get leather wet if you can avoid it. I have the second pair from the left and destroyed them by not caring for the leather properly.
