Affordable salon for female Asian hair?

I have typical long Asian hair that desperately needs some simple cutting and styling and I'm wondering if anyone can recommend me an affordable hair salon, preferably below $40. I'm leaning more towards Korean/Japanese salons in the downtown Toronto area but really anything goes. Thanks in advance.

i really like this place to get my hair done. if you're into korean hair style, then this is the place. i love how they cut my bangs and it looks so cute~!

the place is clean and the customer service is great. although most of them can hardly speak english, they are very nice.

i read on soompi forums that a lot of ppl recommend hannah, as she can speak english very well and cuts really nice too.
