I tutor on weekly basis various students and accumulate some money by charging per hour?
I also do casual translation and charge per h, so how to report these income job knowing that they'ren t my main source of income?

You can report this income on line 104 or at line 130.

So for all the students and kids of parents that babysit/tutor others.... you really think they count each dollar for tax purposes?

Excellent point! you probably wont end up paying tax on that income but will create contribution room.

Yes you are right .

"basic personal exemption" – ( For Income Tax Purposes )

is $10,320 for 2009, up from $9,600 in 2008 .

SO the first 10,000 or so dollars earned by these students/kids ( or by anyone else ) has ZERO tax on it any-ways so you might as well report it & build up RRSP contribution room
( Which I think is 18 % of earned income ) for future years when your income is likely to be much higher & you will consequently be in a higher income tax bracket in future yrs. That time all this unused RRSP contribution room will come in handy to reduce your taxes.
