Martha Stewart says use a good ol' bathroom towel. The thick/plush kind works best.

When in hotels and needing to quickly and cheaply do laundry in the sink/bathtub, the bath towels work wonders. Just lay the towel out flat, place one article of wet clothing on it, and roll the towel up with the article inside. You end up making a "swiss roll" of the clothing and towel. Just wring the towel (with the article still inside), and then unroll, and hang your clothing. Depending on what kind of clothing you're trying to dry, this may work quite quickly.

(It's a technique I use when traveling for a month at a time, and no layovers long enough to use a laundromat...)

Anything that says fast dry by Nike, Columbia etc. some might be on sale now check National Sport for Columbia, they're starting to restock for fall/winter and seem to be clearing the camping/travel shorts and shirts.
