I'm looking to purchase a radio for my kitchen but i don't know if what i want exists so i'll tell you what i would like and maybe someone can point me in the right direction. I'd like to be able to tune normal radio stations, play cd's, and access my music files on my computer. I don't want an ipod or any other media device that i have to update. So does something like this exist? that's not a laptop.

$170 currently, but it's been on Dell Days of Deals for $100 twice in the last year.

Ding ding ding. This is the best choice. Slim Devices makes amazing stuff, very easy to use, uses components that you usually find in stuff that costs way more, and will handle any music format you throw at it.
