I'm going to be going to Southern China in April and having trouble find an international adapter. Does the voltage matter as well?
Where do I go buy one?

You can buy them almost anywhere. Walmart, Canadian Tire, Zellers, MEC, Europe Bound, CAA stores, etc, as well as online. A popular model on RFD is the Kensington travel adapter- search the threads for any current deals. Voltage might matter depending on what you're using- laptops and digital cameras are almost always dual-voltage- you just need an adapter. You have to check the label for other appliances/electronics e.g. hairdryers. If it's 110V only, you will need a converter as well. Personally I own an adapter and small converter set from American Tourister. It includes a 1600W converter, and a set of plugs which are labeled with their respective countries. ~$20 at Walmart, terrific value IMO.
