Just checked out my closest Shoppers, they have 5-packs of Mr Noodles (Bricks, not cups) for $0.99. Flavours on sale were Chicken, Beef, and Spicy Chicken. I regret not buying a dozen. Instead I picked up two Beef's for $1.98 after tax. :cheesygri

This was in Calgary at the SDM on 17th right by Crave.

Maybe not be a 12 pack, but still a deal. I'll check it out after "work" today. Off in 2 hours!!

Got one of those too, but it was chicken flavour. (I still have like half of it) If you want beef, this is the one..

I buy the noodles in a cup occasionally. I find it's much too salty though - they could cut the salt in half easily and it would taste much better.

It's not really food so there isn't any intrinsic nutritional value... Im sure it has carbs and salt but beyond that MSG isn't an essential vitamin or mineral.

From my beef one:

Per 43g serving (1/2 package)

Calories: 190
Fat: 6.5g 10%
Saturated: 3g 15%
Trans: 0g
Cholesterol: 0mg
Sodium: 900mg 38%
Vitamin A: 0%
Calcium: 1%
Carbohydrate: 28g 9%
Fibre: 0.5g 2%
Sugars: 2g 2%
Protein: 4g
Vitamin C: 0%
Iron: 5%

So it's not too bad, except for the sodium in the seasoning.
