So I did a search and found a couple threads about this but they are all in the expired freebies section??? I don't know why that is. So i'm posting it in the general FREEBIES section.
and if there is some reason they are in the expired freebies then mods, do what you want with this thread.
ANYWAYS.
FREE SKATE SHARPENING AT SPORT CHEK.
WARNING
I personally will never sharpen my skates at sport chek. My friend that works there said most of the techs do not really know how to sharpen skates and they frequently make mistakes. Another friend told me that the equipment isn't very good to sharpen skates.
and my other friend went to sharpen his skates there and they chipped his blade =/
so YMMV. BUT, if you've gotten your skates sharpened at sport chek before and like their service this is a great coupon for you.

I have their sharpening on my daughter's skates before. The blades become dull very quickly and have to re-sharpen again. Now I would only get the sharpening at the shop in the arena. They seem to be more professional in doing the sharpening and the blades can last longer.
