In Quebec, Super C has Royale 2 & 3 ply on sale 2/.99c - no limits.

If you are like me....HEAVY on the paper products, and want a good/cheap 3 ply.....this is a great sale!

For those who have never tried Royale, it is better than the cheap no name pharmacy brand...but not as good as kleenex.
