I never participate in these text deals or contests. I believe it's just a way for them to gather cell phone numbers. I prefer to keep my phone number private.

Also, that order under review thing might just mean someone hasn't looked at it - basically, it's in a queue for someone to go to the shelf and pick up the stuff.

Same thing happened to me, some ******* is sending same e-mail to everyone who used these coupons... I ordered a $130 jacked came to $100 + taxes big deals they are losing so much business.

well i ordered 3 times LOL luckily 1 order came through..

canceled my orders also. just re-order it may go through because i know of people who also used the multiple codes and got their items. just dont expect much help from the sales reps on the phone(1800 #) worst staff ever, totally useless.

But it also turned out that 2 of my 3 items in the size and color I wanted are not in stock. They really need to fix their inventory system so that it's in real time.

thought all my orders were canceled but i got a email today saying two have been shipped. i did use all 3 coupon codes also so some orders are getting through, seems random though.

yea there is no consistency with a/x. i would just re-order if you got a cancel notice.

yeah..it's better off to buy it in the store, as i mentioned before they are giving 20% off on items..i'm not sure if it's all or select items only..

and they gave me a 10% off 1 time use coupon after they cancelled my order multiple times..well they gave me 2 already.. you think i can combine them with the others without getting it cancelled again ? LOL

actually it was because the item was "not available" anymore so they canceled it and gave me a 10% discount off next order.

i always get those 10% off codes. it is always the same code anyways, can always be re-used. never used one before because there is always better coupon codes out, ones that you can stack also.

Called them twice past 4 days. Reason was the order is on hold and review by corporate office. I'm like wtf...I told them I never had issues like this on past orders.

Because someone @ A|X JUST realized those promo codes that were designed to drive business for a couple of people are being used by EVERYONE and is cutting into their profit margin.

i'm not sure if anyone knows about this already and i don't see it mentioned here, so i'll just give a head's up.

when making a new account on the website, if you check "yes to the A|X email list" option, you receive a free shipping code in the confirmation email. there's no minimum purchase to use the code, but it's only applicable for a second order on the account. it expires march 31. so i guess this is good for anyone who's already made a previous order and is looking to buy something else as well. the code is WELCOME09.

Called today...3rd call since my order on Mar 12. Agent told me they have a huge vol of online orders past 2 wks. I'm like wtf...:confused::mad:

I asked him what's the chance of the specified color/size in my order not being available anymore since it's been almost 2 wks? He didn't really have an answer

He said he'll escalate this order to a manager/supervisor (??????????) and I'll told him I'm calling back on Thurs.

check your visa/mc balance..it's probably canceled along with charging back the money into your account
