Snorkel Gear- Where and What to purchase?

Hi,

I am interested in purchasing snorkel gear for myself but I'm not sure what I need to know (brands, quality, price range to be aware of etc).


I did some research on google, and "US Divers" seems to pop up a lot. Does anyone have any experience with that (or any particular brand) of snorkel gear?

I only recently started snorkelling frequently so I'm not really experienced or anything (not sure if this matters).

US Divers is sold at Costco. I haven't used it personally but the set looks pretty good from the packaging. If you're just getting started, I'm sure it will be good enough for you.
