Hello all,
I have a great deal for the Cornell Village community. I have purchased a "Demo" unit from my supplier for this and I can offer it for a great price. I usually charge $2500+ for a Hepa HRV installed, but I am offering this for $1500 including installation.
I purchased this unit with a client in mind, but the client has since decided not to purchase it, so here it is!
This HRV has a Hepa filter as well which is a great filter which is 99.7% efficient.
I only have one at this price and it will go to the first buyer.
An HRV is a great system for any home which was built after 1970's, once houses became "tight". In new homes they are soo sealed for energy saving reasons that no fresh air gets into the house. An HRV will cycle the air from your house with fresh air, while transferring heat energy. It exhausts pollutants outdoors and give your house fresh, clean air.
