Hello All,
I've been seeking a Club Monaco sale as I am in love with an extremely overpriced sweater :)
Today, I noticed a printable coupon for 20% off at Club Monaco on their site. The offer is exclusively for "College Students". All you need is a valid student ID (College, University). I haven't tried it out, but I will this weekend and report back on the success!
Here is the link:

Happy Shopping! :o

afaik, you don't need a printout. there's a sign at the front counter stating it.
I still have a (valid) student card, even though I've graduated. But I don't think I can use it. I saw someone else use their student card for the discount, but the sales associate asked to see her U-Pass instead as the U-Pass had an expiry date.
*U-Pass is the mandatory bus pass for university students in GVR.

you don't need a print out. just tell the sales associate you're a student, and show your student card. it worked for me... at least in toronto!

I think just an acceptable form of student id is sufficient.
This is what I've always done - works in Alberta, Ontario, and Nova Scotia.

the student sale has been around for a while,
for some places..the reps are kind enough to stack the sale with the student discount.
but most places only let you choose one or the other..
hope you can find a place that stacks when CM is on sale.

CM @ STC and Eaton's Centre let you stack the 20% student discount and discount on sale items

Sorry, I thought it was new since I'd never seen it on their website
Went today to Yorkdale and they stacked the discount with the sale price - got an awesome silk blouse for $49.

I used my student card last weekend at CM and got extra 20% off sale items. They just looked for the expiry date on the card but they did write down the student number. It really depends on your sales rep I guess.

This promotion has really gotten me to open up my wallet. Have spent approx. $500 recently at this store alone.
Not really helping towards my goal of saving more money.

Hahaha I wonder if I can use my old student card?? I guess it will just depend on if the sales person checks the expiry date.....

yes.
walk in with receipt within 7-14 days. provide college student card. receive difference. as easy as 1-2-3.

expiry dates don't apply, really. the website doesn't specifically state the discount only applies to undergrad students. you could be 45, doing a post-graduate and still be deemed a student under the university. works for me.

My old student card has no expiry date (it was a stick that came off after lots of usage). Wonder if I can still use it for this ...

This is an ongoing nation-wide promotion since last summer.
It makes CM much more affordable.

Just a note: I'm being told at a number of locations that sale items are FINAL SALE (which is a new policy for them). Most likely this includes exchanging for the same item in a different size, but didn't ask about this directly.

The return policy changed in March 2009. Sale items are a final sale which means no return and no exchanges. On regular priced items can be returned or exchanged.

When i showed it at eaton centre, all i did was flashed the card, and the guy was like oh ok (like oh that's good enough).
University student cards don't have expire dates, plus mine is from out of town; i.e not Ryerson,U of T, York. I'm still in school so I have nothing to feel guilty about, but when i do graduate I'm sure it will still be fine.
