I have noticed that this store's employees utterly lack professionalism.

I have been in this location a few times, and with the exception of the tall blond haired guy there, the rest of the staff (the black gal and asian guy in particular) just carry on with their own conversations in a very loud manner (often yelling!) making it very difficult to have a conversation with the Telus associate who is trying to help people out. The best way to describe it is having a bunch of teens who are yelling at a school cafeteria at each other.

It is a shame because unfortunately, they are the only Corporate Telus store in the PATH system that is close to the office, and I could not get a chance to look at the phones because of this. I actually wanted to yell at the guys and tell them to shut the F up!

And have you directed a complaint to Telus, rather than venting in here where no-one can actually help you? Did you say something to the sales associate who was trying to assist you like "Excuse me, could you repeat that? I'm having trouble hearing you right now."

Honestly I would have stopped talking and turned to them and asked in a very direct manner requiring a response, this. "I can't concentrate while you two are making so much noise, Do you mind being quiet until I've finished or should I shop elsewhere? Then watch the look on their faces and their response. Guaranteed they'll STFU

Actually, I would love to know who to comment this matter on so that it does not fall onto deaf ears.

I did tell the Telus rep to repeat himself, and he could sense that I was not too happy with the volume level in the store.

I figured I would much rather make a complaint at the Telus store level then to confront the store employees. It is no doubt with poor staff like this why stores have low sales.
