When you factor in a Jacuzzi suite, parking, dinner/breakfast, and tickets to the aviary, I thought it was decent, but I'm still waiting to see if the deal is 'HOT' or else I have failed in life.

Don't want you feeling like a failure, so I'll say it's a pretty hot deal.
We've stayed in a Jacuzzi Suite at this Hilton before. It's a nice room, and they have a good pool area.
With the $50GC for dinner, the $40 worth of breakfast and the free parking, you're in great shape before any other parts of the deal.
Only downside is the construction going on with the expansion of the Hilton, but I could get over that to have a jacuzzi suite for $19 after the other discounts. Too bad no Fri/Sat nights.

In my opinion the Embassy Suites deal is hotter because you can book on weekends, for the most part, whereas the Hilton deal is strictly Sunday to Thursday. They're both good deals though.

Just thought I'd update people who are thinking about this deal,
I stayed the last 2 nights here (16th & 17th) with this deal. To be honest it was pretty crappy. I had stayed here a couple yrs back when there was a similar deal, since then their service has gone down the crapper big time. I'm guessing CAA only gives it "4 Diamond" rating because it's got the Hilton name behind it.
We had a party of 4 (booked 2 rooms, 1 with King & Jacuzzi, 1 with 2 Queen's). Turns out both were 'falls view' with no view of the American Falls other than the mist coming up from it and both had Jacuzzi's.
Dinner Monday night was ridiculous, from what we were told by the hotel staff, "We didn't expect to be this busy on a double long-weekend" and thus they only had 3 people working the kitchen and 4 waiters that night to serve over 400 people. Our dinner was pushed off by an hour after making reservations earlier in the day. We didn't actually get our dinner until after 10pm (had 8:30 reservations), the staff offered no concessions (i.e. drinks on the house or apps on the house).
Breakfast the following morning was also pretty insane and we had to line up for over 30mins just to get seats.
They did try harder the 2nd night though (Tuesday night); after I had spoken with the Manager, he gave us 50% off our dinner that night. The whole experience overall was very disappointing.
Oh, Bird Kingdom is NOT a $67 value, it's actually only $11 to go there and barely worth that much.
Hope other people have a better experience!

I went to the hilton on one of these "jacuzzi room" deal and the jacuzzi was a bath tub with jets, it didn't match the picture from the website. I had to go complain for 15-20 minutes before the gave me a room that matched the picture i saw online when i booked.
The dinner IMO wasn't that great from the restaurant, we had below average service. It was overall just a blah experience nothing that would make me recommend this hotel but nothing that would make me say never go back because it was just okay

Unfortunately the Hilton only has Valet parking, no regular parking... unless you wanted to park in the Casino across the street for $5/day?

Chiggy want a real life story? My cousin booked a penthouse at Hilton Lac-Lemey in Gatineau *pretty much ottawa. After checking out and handing over chitt to wait for his truck.. he waited. and waited. and after 20min was a little peeved. kept asking whats going on.. anyways. this mangled mess of a vehicle with its front end totally wasted wobbled around the corner.. valet took his truck for a joyride and smashed it into a pole. Took two months of calling hilton for them to pay for the damages. People kept refusing to talk to him in English and only spoke french. ********. So yes. be very afraid...

I think I'm going to switch my booking from the Hilton to here. a. the restaurant certificate at the hilton is for a pompous bullcrap garbage place given the horrid reviews. and b. its 50 off entree's only. its approx 250 for two people with wine and appetizers. So frankly I'd rather eat at the Keg which is decent and inexpensive.

My BF and I stayed at the Embassy suites in December for the same deal that that have on now, altho then it was 115$.
We had an excellent room and view of the fallsview AND american falls, and breaky the next morning was really good! it was a full breakfast buffet in the main restaurant, cooked to order eggs, fresh juice, coffee ect all inc. And if u wanted too, you could make a plate up and take it back to your room with you, for no charge!
We had a 50$ voucher for dinner as well so we went to East Side Mario's, only cost us 8$ with the tip inc on it lol, not to shabby!
Altho Valet parking was 20$, overall it was a good experience and would probably do it again, altho maybe not on the same night where a massive snowstorm hits niagara :P

i just stayed at the hilton last friday for this deal.
they gave us another room by accident.. cant complain, it was a suite with the jacuzzi tub, king sized bed, plus 2 queen beds in another part of the room
dinner is around $200-$250 for 2, 3course meal.
parking is ok... only took them 5mins to get the car.. they fill out a card, so if your car has scratches going in, they dont get blamed and if your car is mint, then no worries
bird show tickets are useless... didnt even pick them up
breakfast is not actually worth $40... last time i paid $7.50 each to combine it with my room reservation... who would actually pay $20 for it anyways?
but all in all... the room is not bad... and its connected to fallsview, so you dont have to walk outside in the cold

Our stay was good. Got a room on the 31st floor with King bed and Jacuzzi. Dinner was quite pricey since the voucher really only covers one entree (before tax and tip). Food was average for the price. Next time I think I will just go there for drinks and snack to use up the $50 then go somewhere else for dinner. Breakfast was good. $40 for two people is average price for a hotel, but definitely good deal when it is included in the package price. I was concerned about valet parking but car came back ok (phew!!).
They allowed me to use my hilton honors card so I got free internet and points. That is a bonus with staying with Hilton, assuming anyone here collects pts :cheesygri

I noticed that some of you were not using the FREE Bird Aviary tickets. Since the tickets do not need to be used during your stay, would you mind giving them to me as we are "planning" to go to Niagara the last week of March? I have a 2 yr old and there is really not much she could play in Niagara (too young for the water park). I know that she would enjoy going to the Bird kingdom.
Please PM me if you are willing to share! Thanks!!!

We'll be staying at the Embassy Suites over March break (2nd time). The valet parking actually works out to $23.20 per night once you factor in the fees and taxes.
Parking at the Casino is $5.00 per day if you do not have a PAC Card. Apparently there are other parking lots near the Embassy Suites but I haven't seen them.

Nope, that's not true.
I just got back from Embassy (great night out).
Parking said $5 when we entered last night, but this morning it said $10, so we had to pay $10. The lady told us that the amount posted on the entrance is valid till midnight and after that it changes to whatever the next day's rate is. It's almost like gambling, you never know how much you are going to end up spending :p

Hello RFDers,
I will be heading to Niagara Falls over March Break with another family with kids in tow. I am having a difficult time deciding on which is the better deal at the best hotel.
1) Sheraton on the Falls has a good deal on as per the op for $99/night and includes 4 day passes for various kids adventures and 4D movies, which they claim is worth $200. There is a $40 GC included to the Rainbow Restaurant, but it's pretty much a crock as you are required to purchase 2 starters, 2 entrees and at least 1 dessert for the GC to be valid.
2) The Embassy Suites deal on the other hand comfortably fits 7, so we would only require 1 room, instead of 2 for $129/night. (Yes we are a very tight group and wouldn't mind sharing the large suite.) Among other minor benefits, it also includes breakfast for all 7 of us and the $45 GC at the Keg or TGIF does not come with any conditions. I'm wondering if this is a better choice. The money saved on the room and breakfast could make up for the lack of kids activities, which we could then pay for on our own when we get there.
Does anyone have experience with either one of these hotels or deals? I would really love to hear your advise!

what you need do is just park there, go into casino and apply PAC card which takes less than 5minute.
play $20 on slot or you can just sit in any table with $$$(don`t play,,, just sit and watch, don`t forget to give them ur PAC card) then you are good to go..
it`s all free and i always get free parking when i go to niagara.!

I just checked the Hilton room it was available for $129 with free breakfast and $40 for Keg. No Rooms available for Sheraton. Sheraton is a value for the buck as I calculated the cost of all the Attaraction tickets they are providing it is more value for you money without the $40 for Dinner they give with restrictions as the cost of all the passes for the attraction comes out to be $200 or more for 4 people.
I am sure having dinner and breakfast out would not cost that much for a family with 2 kids this is a better deal for people going with their kids.
I am not sure if anyone else has a comment on this.

I did one night at Sheraton (149 upgrade to fallsview) and one night at Embassey(125 king bed and fallsview upgrade). With kids, the Sheraton package was great: Dino run and Spongebob movie was well liked and the coupons for 4 in the arcade was great - 3 hours total time. The room was just okay but the location right on the strip was great. The 40$ voucher at the Rainbow room had very specific conditions: must order 2 entrees, 2 apetizers, 1 dessert. For a family of 4: dinner was 210$
Embassey was great: Dinner at Keg came out to 125$, buffet breakfast and a really nice suite (any suite with room numbers ending 01 to 14 has a great view of the CDN falls). Rainbow room had a very limited menu selection.

Just got back from 2 nights at the Embassy Suites. As always, a fantastic value for a premium hotel. Here are a few tips for those that are heading over in the next while:
Sign up for the Hilton Honours loyalty card. You will get preferential room upgrades if available just by asking. This can make the difference in getting a room with a better view. Ask for a room with the FULL fallsview.
The valet parking is $20+taxes as previously mentioned. If you have kids, this service is quite handy. It is a zoo in the entrance during peak check-in/check-out times, so forget about trying to do a quick drop-off/check-in. For us the $20 saved a lot of aggrevation.
It's March Break...you have to expect that it is super busy. Crowds and line-ups for everything.
Get downstairs for breakfast by 8:15am to beat the line-ups for the cook-to-order meals. You can bypass the lines if you are only interested in the buffet breakfast.
The kids meals at TGIF are very inexpensive. We ended up ordering a take out meal from TGIF for the kids and KEG dinners for the adults combined with free drinks from the "manager's reception" for a very reasonably priced meal in our room (with the $40 voucher the entire meal for 4 including wine cost us less than $45).
Don't forget to tip the staff.

This restaurant is pretty expensive but is it worth it for a family of 5 with the $40 credit?

Got back from one nite stay at the Courtyard Mariott. Nice hotel. Keg meal with $45 voucher was very good (ordered one "classic" dinner which came with a caesar salad which I was able to split with my wife. I think the splitting resulted in a "super-sizing".) Breakfast was excellent (loaded omelette cooked to order, bacon, waffles, sausage, etc. etc.). Ran out of time so we just cashed in our casino chips for $10 which paid for the parking.
Super cheap mini-vacation. Picked up a receiver at the Denon warehouse sale from another thread on RFD. I guess my life revolves around RFD

At the Marriott, I seem to remember an expiry date for two days later, i.e. the day after the following day. Also restaurant was right inside hotel and did not take reservations - first come first served.

Just a note:
I booked the Falls Plaza Hotel $49 dollar deal (with the $45 Keg/TGIF voucher) yesterday afternoon and stayed there last night.
Was upgraded to a whirlpool room with balcony and fireplace, and enjoyed a Keg lunch (as I arrived too late last night to use it for dinner).
So, the $49.95 deal that suppossedly expired in February, is still valid :)

Another Niagara Falls deal. This deal runs until June 4 and seems to include weekends (including Easter).
http://ca.deals.travelzoo.com/canada-hotels/564797
Sheraton Fallsview Hotel: $110 -- Niagara Falls Cityview with Meals
Located just 180 meters from the world wonder itself, the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel is offering Cityview rooms priced at only $110 per night. Second in size only to Africa's Victoria Falls, this is a natural phenomenon not to be missed. Book now and receive a 1-night package valued at over $200, including the following:
$50 dinner voucher for use at A Cut Above Steakhouse Fallsview Restaurant
All-you-can-eat breakfast buffet for 2
This offer is valid daily through June 4, including over Easter Weekend, but hurry to book as weekend dates will likely sell out quickly. For an additional $25 per night you can book a Fallsview guest room.
Blackout Dates: May 2, 9, 15-17, 22-24, 30
Book by April 20: Click here or call 1-800-618-9059 and mention The Zoo to book this offer with the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel.

I've stayed at both hotels and the Embassy is the better choice for us (since you get a 2 room suite). The Keg menu is cheaper than the Cut Above but the quality is similar. Valet parking at both locations (not free).

Just wondering if anyone purchased the $110 Sheraton deal and if it is worth it. I'm new to this and was planning to go there for a night at the end of April. I have a couple questions regarding the pricing, is it just the $110 with taxes or is there hidden fees that are not included until you check out or something like that within the lines.
Thanks for any help!!

Returned having used the Sheraton deal. It was pretty good, but very easy to spend more money than the offer, which is what they intend you to do. I upgraded on site to a Fallsview room ($20), which helped me save $5 compared to the website.
But the $110 itself is not all inclusive, not that I expected it to be. Taxes are extra of course, plus self-parking is $20 per night (plus tax). Valet parking is $25 per night (plus tax).
Meals: Obviously, you should remember the gratuity is extra. (Your choice, but don't be a cheapo.) The $50 dinner voucher sounds generous, but the restaurant is quite pricey given it is Niagara Falls, so be prepared to shell out of pocket if two of you are gonna eat there. (I did $45 extra having ordered for two adults and one child, and inclusive of 20% gratuity.) Breakfast buffet though was great and only cost me tip.
Overall, it cost me $220 on the bill. But given the location, items included and desire to have fun, it was worth it. (Y)

So the only payment that is really needed is for the hotel, $110+tax+tips for the breakfast buffet. Everything else is extra right? I'm asking because I do not plan to drive up there (Self and Valet parking not needed) and maybe not eat at that restaurant anyways. Just making sure there are not hidden or fees that will surprise me when I check out. Thanks! :D

Falls Plaza or Fallsview Plaza. (50 vs 79)
Fallsview Plaza seems has a very nice pool, but how about Falls Plaza?
And what is the min. amount that I have to play in order to get the free parking at fallsview casino?
Can I just buy some chips at the table(of course I will give them my pac card) and go to cash it out? (I'm not going to play)

Fallsview Plaza Hotel, Embassy Suites Hotel & Falls Plaza Hotel http://nigarafallsview.com/
Niagara Falls Hilton http://www.niagarafallshilton.com/packages/landing/index.php?pkg=86&camp=BEST04&sid=hm69l8ahfdjd8fdop6yduhmxh9
I did both packages (or a variation of them) in March, here's my review:
Fallsview was the $79, came with $45 in food at TGI/Eastside/Keg. What they DON'T tell you is that the food is three times the price as the same restaurant anywhere else. $25 for a plain salad? $20 for 2 chicken fingers??!?! Oooookay. Came with breakfast, which was good. Room was nice and overall it was a nice stay.
Hilton I did the $129 jacuzzi suite with $50 credit at the restaurant on the top floor. The food was awwwwwwwful and nothing is less than $35 so the food credit is useless and for 2 people you still have to spend $75 on dinner (for CRAP food, bad chicken, really bad steak!). Save yourself the money, drive across the boarder & go to Carrabbas. The room was beautiful, even after they tried to get me to shell out an extra $40 for a falls view room even though the hotel was practically empty. Marble bathroom & great suite! Also came with breakfast, and after lining up for almost an hour we got seated up front and the food was great.
I had heard great things about the bird place, and to buy them would have cost around $70....... BUT.... there was a guy handing them out at the front door!!!!!!!! We could have walked in off the street and got those tickets. The bird place WAS cool though.
Overall I'm glad I did them, it was something to do.... but it was NOT a great deal, if anything I'd call it luke warm (like all the food, HA!) ;)

Thats very unfortunate that you had a crappy dining exprience at the Watermark restaurant (I am assuming that is what you are talking about)! I have two seperate coworkers who visited there within the past two months and both of them loved it, although found it quite pricey! I'm willing to try it out based on their reviews....hopefully the restaurant was just having a bad night when you visited!

Friday and Saturday are there busiest days of the weeks. There are virtually no deals on those two days. Most deals are from Sunday to Thursday since there are less tourist/people. However if you are lucky, sometimes the deals that are usually valid Sunday through Thursday, you might be able land one on a Friday night. Of course YMMV but Saturday is definitely a no go in terms of deals.

It's actually a paper coupon that will take away $75 for your final bill, and has expiry date. Yeah, the restaurant is very expensive, the coupon's only enough for a single person 3-course meal.

Does anyone know the limitations on the Hilton and Marriott coupons for Terrapin and the Watermark? Ie: do you need to buy a certian number of entrees, apps, drinks, etc? Or could one just use the certificate for some apps and drinks?

Just got back from the Marriott spa and resort. We ended up upgrading to a fallsview room for $20 then used the dinner voucher to order some room service after we got back from dinner. They still charge you a fee for using the room service even though we barely used the $75 voucher. Add $20 for parking then all the stupid taxes and it was $190. It's amazing how the prices start to add up but overall it was a great time and the room and staff were great.

"Gourmet Dinner for 2 each night at the Award Winning Remington’s of Niagara Steak & Seafood Restaurant"
does that mean you get a free dinner with limited menu choice at the restaurant?? That sounds like a great deal if it's true.
Can anybody confirm that? I'm actually very interested in booking it.
Confirmed. Called them the other day
That includes - 2 Appetizer + 2 Entree. I did not ask specifically if Entree could be from their grill, but worst scenario its just some main (non-steak).
Which makes this still really hot if you dont mind staying at 3 stars

Add $20 for parking...
You don't have to pay for parking.
Refuse to pay it, they'll waive the fee.

Frewin show is excellent, went last year. There is 20% off coupons and $10 off coupons in some of the coupon books. Stop at the ONTARIO Travel Centre on the way into Niagara Falls for the free coupon booklets.

Just got back from a stay this past week.
Stayed at the Fallsview first night - it was a nicer room, and included $45 Keg/East Side Mario's.
2nd Night stayed at the Oakes - nicer view, but beds old and outdated. Probably won't return. The Remington's dinner was good - but on the other side of town - have to drive there - or minimal 20 min walk.
Appetizer is either regular salad, caesar salad or soup.
Entree's - prime rib (good), steak (good), and a few other choices.
Your 3rd course however is coffee or tea.
Still decent though - no complaints.
East Side Mario's the first night has really jacked their prices though - Chicken Parmesan - like $25+

I know it's not Niagara Falls....(it's Niagara on the Lake) but it's close, classier, and more romantic, totally different atmosphere. Arguably the best deal I've seen in awhile, this place rarely has specials and has incredible reviews:

wow! thanks for this deal, I just called and cancelled sheration fallsview, i had until 4pm today to cancel. this hotel is way better and should be a more relaxing stay which is what we want. the cost is only $20 more if you factor the cheaper hotel tax and the $20 parking that fallsview charges.

I did not do that but when I spoke to the person I booked with he says if I change my mind upon checkin, I can get it then. So I am going to wait and take a look at the costs to eat at those restaurants where you use the voucher. From my experience in the Falls the voucher doesn't even make a dent in the dinner total.

got the Skyline adventure package. I'm now in Niagara (raining)
Skyline is totally renovated rooms. Not bad at all and large.
Pkg is $10
You must use the $40 voucher the first night you check in. Kids meals start from $7-10 so if 2 adults have 2 entrees at about $36 , the meal should cost you about $60 as a min. Great view - food was ok not great (had onion soup for $6 - not too great, and Filet was perfectly done and good $38). Remember the $40 is off total bill so you are paying taxes. Came out to $150 with tips less $40 so $110. So still pricey but nice.
Bumper cars are fast - watch the whiplash - must be 54"
Glacier 4D was good - 7 min simulation ride also spongebob
Free fall is good. Only going up was the scariest. Good view of falls. Must be 54" so not for small kids
Swat ride - useless attraction
Golf ok to kill 20 min
Pink Panther is for kiddies ride but good view. Spin the balloon and get a good view.
Fireworks was nice but short at 10pm
(W, F & Sundays)
Can use pool of Crowne/Shereton or Hampton inn if stay at Skyline.
My room for 4 cost $89 + tax
Still good deal
Attraction prices inflated (but this is niagara) but worth the $89 in total

We took the Fallsview Plaza 1 night package (http://ca.deals.travelzoo.com/canada-hotels/614485)for $109 last Thursday.
Here are my tips and review:
- If you book through the phone number they will give you a rate of $119 -- no explanation why. I got it corrected to $109 at check-in.
- Parking maybe slightly cheaper at the Casino across the street depending on when you exit. Friday exit cost me $15. I hear Mon to Thurs is $5. Hotel is $20 but is a valet system if you don't mind waiting.
- Make sure they give you all the coupons at check-in. Print your list from the web offer and match it with the coupons they give you. The check-in clerk only gave me coupons that I asked for!
- I couldn't get tix for the Magic show. You may have better luck reserving it ahead of time. We didn't bother rushing to make the hypnotist's show.
- Hotel room was basic. Bathroom was renovated and clean. Room was getting dated and some crumbs were left on the chair from previous guests.
- Shuttle bus was nice to have on a rainy day, but everything was walkable if healthy and not in a hurry.
- $40 for D&B was put to good use. The facilities were newer and prizes were better than the one in Vaughan but the cost per game seems a bit higher. $40 lasted over an hour for the 3 of us.
- $40 dinner voucher was used at the new Keg and it was awesome! The dining room truly did oversee the Horseshoe Falls. The view was spectacular and pictures turned out great. Food was good too. I had Sirloin and my wife had Prime Rib. Both were perfectly done medium rare, tender and juicy. Portions and sides were huge too! 2-yr old son had kids BBQ Rib meal. We could not finish everything. With 1 glass of wine and beer, cost came to $60 incl tax & tip. The dinner was probably the best part of the deal.
- Consider the coupons for the other attractions as filler since you won't miss anything if you don't go. 4D Ride is dated and is on its last legs. House of Horrors was a cheap thrill but will definately frighten some. If you want to be scared, go alone and/or when there are few people around, and leave your cell phone outside. The fact that it is located a bit farther from the rest of the tourist strip adds to the atmosphere.

I have a question about parking in the Casino using the Players Advantage Card. I'm staying overnight at the Hilton from Sunday-Monday, and i want to avoid the $20 a day parking at the hotel.
If I enter the casino garage on the Sunday morning, is there any issue with leaving the car there overnight until Monday evening? I plan on signing up for the PAC when I'm there and spending $20-30 on the slots.

In true RFD style,
When checking in to the hotel do not opt for their parking. Simply go to the casino, get the players card. Play a slot or table game, any denomination should do.
When leaving the parking lot, present your Casino players card and voila, no charge for parking.
I used this system when we took advantage of this deal July 13.

Yes, that's what I did last time. The Casino parking garage is pretty safe. After
you sign up the PAC card, when going into the casino, register yourself in the
customer service. Put the card in the slot machine and as long as you have
played for $20 (no matter you are winning or losing), you will get 1 point, and
that's eligible for free parking. Simply present your card to the parking
booth security and you are free to go the next day.

Any good hotel packages for Sept 12 weekend?
Was thinking of the Falls Plaza one for $139 but reviews on the hotel are not great.
What do you guys think?

Can't seem to find a deal for this coming weekend, one night stay for Saturday the 26th. Any more of those Keg/parking deals available or should I just be using priceline.com name your own price?
Best I can find is $240 for Saturday night with a $30 food voucher at Applebees.

I would just order my room from Priceline via the bidding process.
http://www.betterbidding.com/index.php?showforum=166&
People have been getting rooms for $45-55 a night.
You are charged in U.S. Dollars but it still works out to cheaper.

Thank you. I tried the following bid strategy with no luck. I'm checking in for a Saturday night only and suspect that is the problem. Any advice?
X - Niagara Falls
A - St. Catherines
B - Welland
C - West Niagara Falls
New Bid X - $69
Re Bid X + A - $72
New XB - $75
Re Bid XB+A - $75
New XC - $78
Re Bid XC+A - $81
New XBC - $87
Re Bid XBC+A - $90
All rejected. Any advice before I try again?

Problem is I only need the Saturday night. I tried again, same strategy but up to $96. All rejected.
Am I better off to wait until say Thursday and hope as the date gets closer I'll have a better chance? Or do I have a worse chance as I get closer to the date?

Unfortunately I think it gets worse as the date comes closer.
The site is great for booking 1 month in advance. Maybe I should have added that, hahaha. I stayed in a 4 star hotel walking distance from Eaton Centre ( downtown Toronto) for $50 a night.
But still try again tommorrow. No harm in continuing to try, not sure what rate the hotels come up on Hotwire for. Go on betterbidding.com and check the Canada - Hotwire link, and it should tell you what ppl paid for what hotels on there.

Between the Mariott and the Sheraton, which hotel is nicer?
Has anyone ever eaten at the Terrapin Grille Fallsview restaurant in the Mariott? Or the A Cut Above Steakhouse Fallsview Restaurant in the Sheraton? Any good? Expensive places?

My wife and I just stayed at Sheraton Fallsview last Saturday night. We booked the 1-night Fall Fun Package. Our room (15th floor overlooking the falls) was $135 plus tax and included a $50 voucher for A Cut Above and 2 breakfast buffet vouchers. Parking was an additional $20.
A Cut Above was great but certainly not worth paying full price; with the voucher, we paid $65 including tip. Neither of us drink. I would rate the meal an 8/10. The steaks were excellent and definitely a step above The Keg because of the Angus beef.
If you plan on going across the border, be advised that the wait times to come back are longer than usual (probably because of the $.95 dollar). It took us 45 minutes to get through Lewiston and that including going inside to pay tax on our purchases ($300). Everybody appeared to be getting pulled over. The agent inside was cool though and we only ended up paying the GST.

You should just upgrade to the 2 night getaway package. That way you'll get another breakfast for free. And 60 dollars for dinner. Much better deal.
BTW, just came back from the Marriot Fallsview, had a great deal casino package with fallsview. Two nights, two dinners $75 for each night and two breakfasts, as well as $40 dollars for the casino. Came to $300 with taxes. I don't think the deal is any longer available, but you could definately call and see if they could still do it for you. I know they were offering it until the end of Nov. Room was fantastic.

The best breakfast is at the casino across the road - they have a great breakfast buffet for $10. Also for dinner the Falls and Firkin or Casino and Firkin - they changed the name and I forget what it's called but it's off the food court downstairs - has great pub food and a big menu without the Niagara Falls inflated prices.
