RCSS at Argentia/Winston Churchill showing shelf price of $17.99 (sale from $19.79) for the powder formula (1020g) but scanned at $16.99. The $17.99 price was advertised in last week's flyer (or was it the week before), so I guess the sale is being extended, and you get another $1 off. Might be YMMV.
