I have an old Alpine alarm in my car, and the only remote I have just went dead. We are not the original owners, so we don't know who installed the alarm.

How do we go about getting a replacement?

^ Like snake said contact Alpine or eBay.... You're going to be looking at 80-180 for a new remote IF it's not discontinued.

there should be a FCC number on the back of the remote, search for it on ebay.
I had ebay success with my 9yr old Avital in '07.
