Hey guys,

I have two wheelsets, both with tires. I am looking to have the tires swapped from one to the other. Are there any shops that would do this fairly cheap? Under $100 hopefully?

Unless you have some kind of disability, just buy a hydraulic jack and a plus-shaped tire iron and do it yourself.

I think the OP is looking to change the rubber from one set of rims to the other.

With mounting and balancing 8 wheels, $100 is only $12.50 a wheel, not to mention taxes.

Yup, tires from one rim set to the other. Got a $60 cash deal.

Tires23 will swap them for @$60. So, that's the lowest I've seen.

Assuming neither set of wheels is fancy alloy that needs special care and/or specific types of balancing weights,

and they are not fitting new valve stems,

I imagine this could be done with 0.5 hrs. labour, so at $60 they wouldn't lose money and might gain a repeat loyal customer.
(The customers buying new tires can help pay for all the expensive mounting equipment and Hunter Roadforce balancer.)

However, if they experience trouble getting a proper seal, or don't get the balancing right, you will be inconvenienced, and they will lose money in the end.
