I found this offer posted on another site, and the poster said to put down 'tried it at a friend's house', if you have never had it before. So that's what I did because I have never heard of it either.

Not available for Manitoba.
Manitoba was not on their drop-down list of provinces when it asked, "Where do you Live? "
Oh well, hope the rest of you guys enjoy the yummy hot chocolate!

Looks like they forgot Manitoba. All of the other provinces are listed. If you really want it I am sure if you email them they will send you some. Or add Manitoba to the list.;)

After I filled out the form it flipped back to the original form...no thank you...I don't think it is going through...I did this many times...may be a scam to get you on a mailing list...time will tell.

This may be a scam. Since we all haven’t heard of this place and if you google Malcolm’s Hot Chocolate, all the results lead to the free sample:
http://www.google.ca/search?q=Malcolm%E2%80%99s+Hot+Chocolate&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&client=firefox-a
Not one single legitimate link about the product itself.
Maybe someone can do a domain WHOIS for this. Looks rather fishy for a product that is apparently selling in stores but has no history on the internet.
Well, there's always http://www.malcolms.ca/ :D

Well, I think it is legit. There is an online food supplier that carries this brand.
http://www.jkoverweel.com/Products/ProductDetail.aspx?Category=3&CountryId=3&id=531
Maybe it's just new to the public in Canada. It could have been one of those brands that supplies to restaurants, and now made available to everyone. Or maybe you can only get it at Deningers, or something like that. I remember those specialty stores in the mall at Christmas selling jams, jellies, hot chocolates, teas that you can't get in a grocery store.
The website has the address listed as Brantford, and there are phone numbers on the Dure Foods website. I think it may be too elaborate for a scam, as it is not just shown on one plain cheap website.
The reason that most of the Google results just show the freebies, is because they are all links to different 'deal' websites like this one so you can get some free hot chocolate.

Glad to hear that people have started receiving this. I also requested the samples mid February and was thinking that there must be a postie out there drinking my hot chocolate while reading the various magazines that never seem to arrive at my house.>:(
