Glow in the Dark Mini Golf good place for a second date?

Wondering if anyone's been, and if they think it's a good idea for a date? I'd much rather go to one that isn't glow in the dark, but that isn't available at this time of year. My worry is that it'll be very impersonal since you are more or less in the dark and it would be hard to communicate and have fun in the dark (lol, given that it's a second date and hasn't gotten too physical yet).

What's it like? Is it pitch black except for whatever stuff they have glowing, or can you see the other person's face and are able to communicate visually with them?

I'm a student, so have limited money. A nice dinner would be nice, but also pretty rough on my wallet lol. Going to the movies is also a bad idea early in the dating, I find.

You can quite easily see her face and you'll be able to talk to her no problem.

1) If you think it will be fun, and you take her there, and she does not have fun, then perhaps she's not right for you in the first place.

2) If you take here there, and you have a good time, and she has a good time, then its a successful date.

Is this from experience? My guess would have been that you can easily see the person but not really be able to tell who the person is, and that they would have the hole, golf ball, putter, and the major parts of the course glow in various different colours. But if someone who has been can confirm otherwise, I'd like to know.

glow in the dark mini golf is just a bunch of blacklights all over the place. it isn't very dark from what I remember. be sure to wear a clean pair of pants and knock one out before you go on your date. you don't want to have any stains glowing.

yeah, what dash said. it's not really pitch black lol. they don't just turn off all the lights and make you play mini golf. think, if you ran a business that involved golf clubs and kids, would you have all the lights off and pitch black so you couldn't see someone's face? no, of course not.

I love mini-golf and would have been thrilled if one of my dates had ever suggested glow in the dark mini-golf. But that's just me.:cheesygri
