Infiniti EX35 Pricing...

We've been looking at the 2008 Infiniti EX35 to replace our aging Jetta and are wondering what kind of pricing folks are getting on this car?

I've looked up CCC and there is a $5000 cashback from manufacturer ($2000 if you finance through Infiniti). Are dealers offering good deals (close to invoice before the cashback) since there seem to be a lot of 2008's still left? Anyone purchased one recently willing to share their pricing?
