Please help.
Looking for a place that rents a 9, 10, 12, or 15 passenger vehicle / car / van.
It would be best if the place let’s you drive unlimited kms.
If you have rented before, or if you know anywhere that rents one, let me know.
Thanks.

Greyhound + companion fare deals.
I'm not sure about now, but a year ago I was taking a look at this. I found that it was comparable in price to get 2 cars with free upgrades (coupons) to mid or full size and use credit card for insurance (can't do this for a full-size van). It's much easier to find available cars than full-size vans, and I think you can find deals easier for car rentals. And for the road trip, we used cheapie walkie talkies to communicated in-route between the cars.
What's nice too is that if the group wants to split up (some go shopping, some visit an attraction, etc), having 2 cars is convenient.

Not too mention passenger comfort having 12 people in a van for hours with varying degrees of temps, smells and discomforts. To me that's just a family disaster waiting to happen, the 2 car rental idea would be my choice as well.

I looked into renting a couple of large passenger vehicles for work last year and had a very hard time tracking any down. As a result of so many accidents involving people not wearing their seat belts or packing too many people into vehicles, many rental agencies no longer offer large passenger vehicles.
I agree with someone else that mentioned renting two minivans instead. It's also a added security if one of the vehicles breaks down, runs out of gas, gets involved in an accident. Not to mention the additional space you would get for luggage.

yeah, i know about the safety issues and the cost.. but if the price is reasonable, it's just more fun with everybody in one van..
