I dont know of any in missisauga but there is a new place that opened up in north york, right off of the 401.

This is a bit embarrassing but I just noticed this post. No, I'm interested in it purely for self defence. Has anything changed regarding Krav Maga in Mississauga since February? I'm still looking for a place that teaches it. Thanks.

I just saw this on Fight Quest last week, and DAMN... it's pretty brutal. One of the show's hosts had to square off vs. 10 guys, one at a time, 30 seconds each, and every guy came in with a kick to his quad, which was already injured from previous training.

it looks effective purely from a self defense standpoint, but any guys getting into this should definitely get a cup.
