NX Source Technology Inc. and B&D Technology Inc. are corporations affiliated to each other, as affiliated is described in Section 2 (1) of the Business Corporation Act of British Columbia.
Your Personal Information gathered by BestDirect.ca up to and including February 26, 2009 will continue to be held by BestDirect.ca, after becoming a division of B & D Technology Inc., until and unless BestDirect.ca receives your request to delete your personal information gathered by BestDirect.ca prior to February 27, 2009.
If you do not wish your information to be transferred to B&D Technology, please contact customer service, which can be found in the CONTACT US section of the BestDirect.ca web site, and we will delete your personal information accordingly.
B&D Technology Inc. was established over 12 years ago as a technology product importer and currently operates retail and etail operations.

Does that mean NCIX sold NXSource to B&D Technologies, an Austrailian online retailer, and packaged BestDirect with it?
