I went to GM dealer here in vancouver just to check the Pontial Torrent look and stuff. There was only me in the entire show room and bunch of sales guys. One of sales person stopped by and offered Torrent base model for 22k which is about 7k off the MSRP. I did not even show much interest in it and got this price so I might be able to get bit more discount if I get serious about it.
Is this good deal ? I am in the market of SUV and prefer CRV but this one could work out 10k less than CRV. The CRV is nice but GM or domestic SUVs are not that bad comapre to the price you pay for them.
