Global Direct Savings --$300 gas rebate with $169 membership???

Has anyone singed up for the GLOBAL DIRECT SAVINGS membership? They are starting to advertise on tv with globaldirectsavings.com as their link. The commercial states "find out about our $300 gas rebate" as he stands beside a gas pump.

The website is very sparse, without signing up.

Anyone have any feedback on this?
