I purchased the Canon G10 this afternoon for $479.99 using $425 in gift cards. The end price came to just under $120.
I completely forgot about the price match (was annoyed by the sales guy and just wanted to go! :o) most companies have. Now, I read a previous thread on here that said either you can price match with Best Buy or use your FS card there....
Can I go back to Future Shop and have them just give me the additional 10% discount?
I mean, essentially I can return the FS one and just go to Best Buy and use my FS gift card there instead...but I'd rather avoid the hassle if possible.
Thanks in advance!

You can't use FS cards in Best Buy and vice versa. Just bring your reciept back and tell them you want to price match Best Buy.

1. You may have some problems with the FutureShop not wanting to price match BestBuy. But let's say you get past that part.
2. The gift cards have been proven that they can be interchangeable, but getting them to actually do it might be difficult. But let's say this isn't a problem either.
3. You cannot price match something that costs more somewhere else. It's $479.99 at Futureshop and $529.99 at BestBuy! So your only option is to return the camera at Futureshop and price match at Bestbuy.
4. I think you are confused with the 10% price match policy. Basically, it's 10% of the difference in price... and not 10% the cost of the item. So in this case you stand to save a whopping $5. Not worth the effort.
