tinting tail lights legal in Ontario?

Is it legal in Ontario? I have seen a few people driving around with tinted tail lights. Also a guy i work with has done it to his SRt-8 Charger.

If you want to do it temporarily (for that special date/lady) you can do it with black pantyhose.
