Paint/Carpet

Looking at making an offer on a two-story approximate ~1000 sq foot loft. The paint is awful and needs to be touched up, and the carpet on the 2nd floor needs to be replaced with berber. (SP?)

Was wondering if anyone can estimate the cost of both of these things, and know of any good places in etobicoke to get it done.

We just got our whole house painted (approx 2200sq) for about $3000. And we got about 1600sq of the house carpeted with a nice clean berber for $3500 which included under padding, removable and disposing of existing carpet. If you wan their info let me know I'll message you.
