Good keep failing her. Get her a$$ off the road. We don't need someone like this endangering the lives of everyone else if she was given a license.

I'm surprised she has the money to go for it...:razz::razz:

Many things run through my mind at this point, but the biggest one is:

There cannot possibly be 771+ written tests, likely about 4 or 5 variations.

That means she has likely seen each version of the test between 150-190 times.

If you cannot pass a test with that many tries you SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO PASS IT EVER.

After the tenth one they should have just told her she will never be allowed to drive, because I fear what happens if she does somehow by chance pass a test one day and is able to drive.

big deal, half the RFD population has failed their G1 exit test at least 3 times.

In Korea, I think that you only have one driving test.

"I feel sorry every time I see Cha fail. When she passes, I'll make a commemorative tablet myself and give it to her," one officer was quoted as saying.

That's what I was thinking. Statistically, even just by guessing, shouldn't she have passed by now?

In Korea, I think it's just one driving test with combination of both written and driving.

Thank God for that! Since driving is more difficult than writing, I don't think she has enough money to buy the cars she is going to smash up during the road test...

Every time I read the ^ thread I'm scared to drive my car. Knowing that people drive up to Aurora to do their driving test because they simply cant merge with 401 traffic just sickens me. If you can't merge on the 401, you shouldn't be driving. Period.

These are the people you drive with daily, people who have made conscious efforts to go to easier test locations because they have zero confidence in themselves.

SCARY I tell you.

Frankly I think we should have road driving tests every 5 or 10 years, that along with vision tests. Think about it, you get your eye test when your 16 and the next time they force you to take an eye test is when your a senior.

That is the grannys problem, she needs to go somewhere else to pass the test

If she did that, she could not break the record or nobody would notice the record. Or, may be she actually has a 600 fail record in another branch. :)

Such a stupid response.
Out of all the possible over-reaching inferences a paranoid fool could make, such as:
1)S. Koreans cant drive
2) old people cant drive
3) women cant drive
4) door-to-door sales people cant drive
yours is the least plausible based on the info in the article.

Do you honestly think most people drive on 400 series highways all the time?? there are tons of people that NEVER drive on highways.

Maye she can't read? Lots of older people in Asia, especially women, cannot read or write. Often the family is poor and only the son can go to school.

Wow, safely assuming she took her first attempt at the age of 20, that means over 45 years she fialed it 771 times, which averages to failing the test 17 times per year
