Besides the hydroxycut drink mix, anyone know of any others?

There's a lot of them, even just at walmart.

I'm pretty skeptical if they work though. I drink 1 hydroxycut packet everyday and I don't think it does anything. I just happen to like the flavour and need the caffeine.

i hear that you need to follow the instructions on the box inorder for it to work and it says 3/day...
thats a box a week :S

but for the walmart thing
any brands in particular?

There's no way in heck I'd follow the recommended dosages. The drink mix is approx 1 cup of coffee per pack. 3/day is like 3 cups of coffee a day. The pills were worse. The recommended dosage would be 6+ cups of coffee a day.

If anything, it seems like all it really does is give u caffeine to suppress your appetite and to make your heart pound mega fast to burn off fat.

I had much better success w/ just eating less and exercising.

As for the walmart brands, read the boxes carefully, I think they're really all made by the same company.

I've read tons of great reviews for Animal Cuts (http://www.sndcanada.com/universal_nutrition_animal_cuts,_42_packs.html), but I've never tried myself.

Another product that works is ephedra stacks (ephedra/caffein/aspirin), but use it at your own risk type of product.

I do not believe these products work. You might as well burn your cash, take the ashes and add some water or fruit juice to sweeten it a bit.

ECA works from experience, but I will not use it again, I got so dizzy one day that I almost fell on the floor. but it WORKS!

Animal cuts come in pills, I actually just went to buy myself a can. There are 9 pills in each portion, I will start my dosage tomorrow, I am kind of excited after reading all the reviews.

I think if any of these "fat burners" truly did work, they would be flying off the shelves and they would have to invent a new word to describe how much money he made. Don't waste your money, my 2 cents

They work, but you still have to make the effort to exercise and watch what you eat.

Good luck, I've lost about 100lbs on ECA stack about 6 years ago. Lots of hard work, dedication and... dizziness :|

Maybe you need to look into the sales of these products because they are pretty much flying off the shelves... or understand what 'fat burner' means, it means exercise, eat healthy and lose weight faster. Considering 90% of people (guess) don't exercise, there is no reason for them to be buying 'off the shelves'.

I can never really tell a difference when I take them. I dont' feel anything from them either. Nor do I feel anything when I drink like 5+ redbulls a night.

Riiight...That's the same old story with any of these products...

Take this fat burner pill today!! Guaranteed results!! All you have to do is diet and exercise and you'll lose weight with our pill!!

Seriously, what do these things cost? Go buy a gym membership. There is no such thing as "fat burning powder".

Not at all, each dosage should be about 200mg of caffeine which is equivalent to about an extra large coffee from tim hortons.

ECA stack is dirt cheap.
You can get 8 mg ephedrine for less than $20
Caffeine and aspiring should not cost more than $20 combined.

And yes there is such thing as fat burning powder/pills. But you have to put your share of work in the gym in order to work. You can't just expect to lose weight by taking pills and eatting pizza.

My point exactly. You don't lose weight if you don't exercise and control eating habits. The pill/powder etc is not losing you weight, the diet and exercise is.

It will not make you lose weight but it will help greatly.
It's just like using performance gas on a racing car rather than the regular stuff we put in our daily vehicles.
It gives you the extra energy boost to train harder and increases your metabolism.

I am on my second day using "Animal Cuts" and I can already feel the difference it is doing.

Seriously, it has been proven to work, so you are embarassing yourself arguing otherwise.

its been proven medically as well.
it has a thermogenic effect, and it also suppresses appetite. (though most of the results come from the appetite suppression imo)
make sure to take aspirin as well though. IIRC aspirin slows down the metabolism of the EC. also youll be less likely to get a heart attack (lol).
