I would like to print some PDF documents but they are locked to prevent printing. Anyway around this?

There are tools out there that can unlock PDF files. It could be done instantly or it might take a while depending on the strength of the protection used.
Do a google search. The best probably is from Elcomsoft.
Another workaround would be to take screenshots and paste them into images, creating a new document out of those images.
