I recently switched from Extreme to Ultra-Lite, but I just checked my Rogers account online and it still says that I've got a 95GB bandwidth instead of the 2GB for Ultra-Lite. I know that I've already been downgraded because my speed has gone down considerably and my account says that I'm on Ultra-Lite. What should I do? Is this maybe a glitch with their website? Or can I take advantage of this oversight?

Is that a problem? Do you download lots? I would just keep quiet and see if this is permanent. May be Rogers would keep the same bandwidth when you downgraded? I think this is a glitch.
I just switched completely to Teksavvy (DSL) from Rogers Ultra Lite. I pay a little more for much more (speed and bandwidth). I am happy with Teksavvy.

I wouldn't go with what the website say's but what your service level agreement is that you had agreed to when you had downgraded as this is what Roger's will more than likely go with should they decide to charge you for any overages.

dont risk it.
when they audit your account, you'll end up paying.
