Anyone have any experience with the Alpha Leather Club Chair on Costco's website?

It is $50 off right now, bringing the price to $350.

Looks nice...

But there is very little info on the website. I can't even seem to find who is the manufacturer. I would assume Alpha is, but I can't find a website for them.

So does anyone know what the scoop is?

Here is the link: Chair on Costco.ca (http://www.costco.ca/Browse/Product.aspx?Prodid=10317676&whse=BCCA&Ne=4000000&eCat=BCCA|93&N=4008957&Mo=12&No=1&Nr=P_CatalogName:BCCA&cat=3398&Ns=P_Price|1||P_SignDesc1&lang=en-CA&Sp=C)

That is a great price for a leather chair but note it says it has an 'engineered wood' construction (meanwhile that is still a good price.. you'd pay $599 at Sears for a similar chair). I wonder if you called their customer service if they would tell you the maker. I know they don't always list them because some of their stuff is sold at some high end stores as exclusives and then Costco has the exact same thing, different fabric selling for much less than the store so they have to keep the mfg. name out of the listing. I know store staff will usually tell you the makers so maybe the site staff will too.

The one thing with Costco is you can always send it back if you don't like the leather or whatever so nothing lost from your end.

Thanks Dustbunny. :)

I'm seriously contemplating this to go in a corner near my brown leather Ikea Poang. I wonder how it would look. I had originally planned to get another Poang, but now I want this instead I think, especially considering this looks like it will take up less space.
