Do your search my friend!! This topic has been discussed to death!!! One company I can recommend and one I can definitely tell you to stay away from. The co. that my friends and I have used in the past is Europa Cartage. The owner is Joe Mormin and if you do your search on this topic you will find their tel#. One company I can tell you to stay far away from is Desi Movers (although they have probably changed their name by now since being rediculed in a Toronto Star article last summer)

Another one to avoid is Logan movers aka completemovers aka preferred movers ,they are all same with many different names , first they don't turn up , if they do you'll wish they hadn't.
