Cheapest hot water tank rental in Montreal?

I'm replacing my hot water tank and wonder what's the cheapest electric hot water tank rental company in Montreal. When you rent a tank, are you guaranteed the rate for a number of years, or can they keep increasing it as they wish? Do they install the new tank for free? Are there any other fees besides the rental fees?

Hydrosolutions is the only game in town I believe in Montreal.
The installation is free and it's about 8$ a month for rental.
If however you intend to stay a long time in your house, you are better off buying one.
