A new contest starts at the beginning of every month of the year 2009 and all ballots from the previous month will be removed.
With $100 in receipts you get a ballot for $1000 in GC. Winner gets denominations of their choice. Or....
No purchase is necessary. To receive an official ballot without purchase, send a self-addressed stamped envelope, postmarked no later than the 21st of each month, to The Pen Centre $1000 Gift Card Giveaway, Pen Centre, 221 Glendale Avenue, St. Catharines, Ontario, L2T 2K9. Limit one (1) free ballot per request per postmarked outer envelope. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests accepted. The Pen Centre assumes no liability for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage due mail or requests.
I was at the mall today and asked if there is a "no purchase entry" option and the first person told me no! The manager read the back of the ballot to me and wrote out the address. I asked if I could just give them 2 stamps for a ballot, and they said no....
