The song doesn't actually have a name. It's just titled "Guitar Battle vs. Tom Morello" which is an original dueling guitar song created by Tom Morello specifically for the game. Unless you're thinking of the encore song which is "Bulls on Parade" by Rage Against the Machine (of which Morello is a group member of).
