Goodlife at King/Liberty location opens 24 hours. Great gym with great equipments and very helpful/friendly staff. That's the only thing I miss from not living in downtown Toronto!

Smarten up.

It was a legitimate point.

If you're looking for a 24 hour gym in DOWNTOWN Toronto, simply specify that in your subject header.

They do have parking spots reserved for Goodlife members on the underground parking; however, on certain days (usually Mondays and Tuesdays) it could be tricky to find parking spots there... the good thing is that there is Dominion (now called Metro) supermarket next to it where many Goodlife customers park. As long as you don't workout for 3 hours, I am sure you will be okay to park there
