Ticketmaster presale password promo codes??

How do people get these? i signed up for their stupid newsletter and it never tells me about any good upcoming shows, nor does it give me any pre sale promo codes.

How would i go about getting pre-sale codes to various shows?

Signing up for ticketmaster newsletters is useless.

A) Sign up for free news letters for your favourite bands/groups and they sometimes include presale information
B) Pay memberships to your favourite bands website almost always gives presale information
C) Local radio station websites give presale passwords if they are sponsoring the shows

Those are the 3 most common I would say..

Also monitoring sites like pollstar.com will give you excellent list of shows happening in a city close to you (ex. Toronto)... it will show you who is playing and where.. but to really take advantage of presale tickets, knowing which bands you want to see helps, so you can view their personal websites and when they announce a tour, you can start looking for the presale code (if there is one)

Yeah thats what i did, and i started using the Wise Guys Presale code site to notify me.

Sign up for all the mailing list of your local radio stations.

most promo codes come from radio stations.

alot of bands also have fan clubs now where you get presale access (to tickets not available to the general public, and seperate tickets from any other presale). I joined the AC/DC fan club and their code got me row 5 on the floor.
