Looking to buy a cheap video card (PCI-e) <$50 but should be good enough to run games like BF2 and COD4.

Looking to buy a video card cooler for my ATI X700 Pro. My old heat sink fan is broken and I can't remove the fan to replace it, so I need to replace the entire cooler. Looking for a good decent video card heatsink for <$10.

Prefer to deal locally Toronto, so I don't have to pay shipping. Downtown toronto is best.
